The waiting times were longer than expected, which made my visit feel unorganized. 😕 The staff was polite but seemed rushed, and I felt my concerns weren't fully addressed during the appointment. I was hoping for a more thorough consultation. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations. 🥴
