I would give zero stars. Called for an ambulance and the person (dude that answered was like silent on the phone at first and I said hello for the second time and I said I need an ambulance please and he was like uuuuuggghhhh ok then another long pause and he said why didn t you call 911 I said it s not that kind of emergency and to which I replied my friend was in a fight earlier he has lacerations on his face described in detail to the emergency person and he didn t want to go to the hospital but now he can t get out of bed and while talking to this supposed emergency person I was talking to my friend. The guy asked for his name and then my friend said something and this emergency person hung the phone up. Would you call back? Would you expect better from a for profit company. If I was the CEO of this company and I received this customer service I d shut the whole site down, point blank period.
