Changed from 2 stars to 1 star. The service is abysmal. You wait sometimes an hour to speak to someone who doesn't know or doesn't care.

You pay high fees for no service.

No wonder competitors are taking Commsec customers. Cheaper alternatives with more integrity (call and price themselves as no service brokers unlike commsec that prices like a full service broker but really just provides an empty platform and complicated noise in a website that they don't properly explain how to use.)
