I recently booked a vacation package with a popular travel company and I must say I wasn't impressed. The website was confusing and it took me a while to find the information I needed. The customer service was lacking and I felt like my questions were not properly addressed. The accommodations were average and the activities were nothing special. I would not recommend this company.
