I took a Blended class on a Sat. I got there late....

I took a Blended class on a Sat. I got there late. It is important to arrive early so your bicycle seat. While the instructor was teaching, another woman helped me. However she adjusted my seat too high. I couldn't do some of the exercises the same as the other women & that was annoying. The instructor should have came in the water and checked everyone's form. Plenty of instructors walk around during classes and check to make sure a person's form is correct to prevent injury. We did arm exercises which helped me relieve some stress. She had us get off the bike to work our abs. The bike did give us cardio. I had 2 stop a few times because I am out of shape and Blended class does work all your muscles groups. The instructor asks was I enjoying the class and I said, " Glad, I tried something new, but I won't be back." She told me to talk after class. Once it was over the instructor adjusted my seat, had me do more exercises and reminded me to come early. I liked her extra attention & professionalism. I spoke with women in the locker room who were from different ages, sexual orientation,economic background and races. We were ALL just chit chatting and discussing the class. One woman told me she treats herself to a class twice a month. I really enjoyed the ENERGY. Women bonding after releasing stress. The locker room was clean. No one took anyone's belongings. It was beyond a beautiful experience for me. I like Henny who sits at the front. I took off a star because I had problems logging into account & the instructor should have checked all of our forms to prevent injury. I had so much energy after soaked in my tub that I decided to do like the woman who spoke to me. I will treat myself to classes, so obviously I enjoyed the workout and I love the water. I recommended this class to family & friends.
