I have been training at Sterner's Tae Kwon DO Academy LLC for a few months now, and I cannot say enough good things about this academy. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The techniques taught are practical and effective, and I feel like I am improving with each class.
