I have been a customer of Fire Force, INC for several years now and I must say that their service is quite average. On one hand, their products are of good quality and their prices are reasonable. However, their customer service is lacking. There have been multiple occasions where I have had to wait for a long time on hold or deal with unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would rate my experience with Fire Force, INC as average.
