What a great time ! From the first contact with Phyliss, who was very helpful in working us in, to her contact the evening before the ride. We met at Starbucks, checked in & met our pilot, Chief who went over the details of our trip. At the launch site the crews set up the balloons & Chief did his pre-flight inspection & got us in the basket. We had a beautiful flight, Chief was great, very informative about every part of our trip. We could not have asked for a better experience. Phylliss, Chief, everybody with Asheville Hot Air Balloons were great, I highly recommend ! !
