I recently had an interaction with a tech company that claimed to provide exceptional services. However, I was not impressed with their performance. The website was decent, but there were some areas that lacked information. As a customer, I expected better assistance from their support team. Unfortunately, my experience with United technology solutions was far from great. They should work on improving their services.
