My one star rating is about the design of the building and not the services it provides.
How could the city hall of Boston, one of the prettiest and most historic cities in the US, be represented with this uninspired slab of cement? This is THE most ugly building in Boston, the architects and the officials who signed-off on this project should be put to shame.
