I recently traveled with Koninklijke n.v. texels eigen stoomboot onderneming and I must say, it was an average experience. The service could have been better. The staff was polite but not very efficient. The ferry was clean and comfortable, but the overall journey felt a bit slow. I expected more from such a reputed company. I hope they improve their services in the future.
