I have been a customer of Brinks services for a few years now, and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they do provide the necessary security measures, I find their customer service to be lacking. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for extended periods to get a response from their support team. Overall, their services are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
