I recently visited a physical therapy clinic and had a satisfactory experience. The therapists were competent and provided me with effective treatment. However, I felt that the customer service could be improved. The staff members were not always friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the facilities were outdated and could benefit from some upgrades. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there are better options available.
