I recently had a negative experience with a fruit company. The website was complicated and hard to navigate, which made finding the fruits I wanted a frustrating experience. The fruits I received were disappointing, as they were not fresh and lacked flavor. The customer service team was unhelpful and did not address my concerns adequately. I would not recommend this fruit company to anyone.
