I have been a customer of Vital Integration AB for a few years now and I must say the experience has been average. While the company provides decent services, their customer support could definitely be improved. There have been multiple instances where I reached out with an issue and it took them quite a while to get back to me. However, once they did, they were able to resolve the problem efficiently. Overall, I would rate them as average.
