I had a mixed experience with Navitas Ventures. While I appreciate their innovative approach to business, I found their customer service lacking. The staff was often unresponsive and it took a long time to get any issues resolved. On the plus side, their products are high quality and their prices are reasonable. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
