I have been a customer of Advanced telecom, inc. for several years and I must say their service is average. The website advtel.com is easy to navigate and they offer a good range of products. However, their customer support could be improved. I have had a few issues in the past and it took a long time to get them resolved. Overall, I would give Advanced telecom, inc. an average rating.
