I recently had the opportunity to interact with This N That INC and I must say, the experience was average. The website, collectedworksuptown.com, was easy to navigate and the products were displayed nicely. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time was slow and the representatives seemed uninterested in helping. Overall, the company offers a decent range of products but needs to improve their customer service.
