I wanted to give this place a 5 but honestly once I saw a loose Germen Shepard running loose in the lobby that was my last straw. Eden Roc is no longer under Marriot hotels and it shows. The down stairs needs a major update dirty carpet, seat covers, used masks were in the elevators along with stains and garbage in the hallways. The food service was great! However, the bedrooms are cleaned 1x every 3 days and if you want housekeeping to refresh your towel no one answers the phone because no ones at front desk. For the money you pay Your better off getting an renting a house!
