We needed to rent a piece of equipment and fast! Not only did we receive excellent customer service we also received fast shipping. I appreciated them having someone to answer phones early as we are located on the East Coast. Not only was the woman on the phone pleasant but also very helpful. We received the equipment as promised and shipped it back as stated in the agreement. If you need to rent a vital piece of equipment as we did, then I highly recommend this company. I just read some of the reviews and I didn't get bad customer service or a bad piece of equipment. They thoroughly explained how the rental process worked and we agreed upon those terms. Great Company!
