I have been a customer of Krohn & Schröder GmbH for a long time, and I must say that their service is average. The products they offer are of decent quality, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes them a while to resolve issues. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
