I recently bought a product from Lumer & Neville and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product I received was not as described. The quality was not up to par and there were a few issues with it. I contacted their customer service and they were helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, I would say Lumer & Neville is an okay company, but they need to improve the quality of their products.
