In a nutshell, Dave and his crew did an outstanding job on our 90 year old tile roof, which required repair of a hodgepodge of problems ranging from cracked tiles, damaged gutters, and significant water damage from aged flashing. Contract was very clear about what needed to be done, work was completed in less than two weeks, and importantly no issues now with the roof. I'm really impressed with the copper flashing!
