Hotel staff lacks basic courtesy to take care of guests. Hotel is at remote location but if you are travelling with a driver, they don't offer a basic dormitory for drivers to stay. Staff expects drivers to stay inside car over night or book hotel for drivers away from the hotel property.Extremely rude staff at front desk,lack basic human values , empathy and courtesy. Perhaps not been taught Marriot and Starwood values.
