Had such a great experience. Took my daughter there for her 4th Birthday and it exceeded my expectations. From the time we signed in to the time we left. We were treated great... My daughter Fairy God Mother Chanda was absolutely amazing.. Very patient and explained everything and made my daughter feel like a princess..
couple of reasons I did not give 5 stars, 1. we were told only 2 people were allowed back, but we seen family's with 3-4 members so it was a tight fit. 2. just an FYI... I wanted to get my son a knight package, but on the reservation line, they said no more room. But, When I got in the back, the girls told me that they could have squeezed him in. Next time just ask the front girls. Boys only take like 10-15 min. i was bummed.
