I bought my Toyota 4Runner almost two years ago, and every time I bring it in for service, I walk away somewhat unsure about what the service advisor was either recommending to me, or just didn t understand all the details which makes me questionable about bringing my truck in the next time. Well, this past time I dealt with Kira who went above and beyond to explain every little thing for me, made sure I felt comfortable, and just an all around amazing girl killing it at her job! She s thorough, friendly, and doing it all with a smile on her face and that goes such a long way in my book.
