I recently purchased a product from their website and although the quality was decent, I found the customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were helpful, but when I had an issue with my order, it took longer than expected to get a response from their support team. The shipping was also a bit slow compared to other companies I've ordered from. 😐 Overall, the product met my expectations, but the customer service and shipping time were somewhat disappointing. I hope they can improve these aspects for a better customer experience in the future.
