I had an average experience with Connections réunion dmc. The customer service was satisfactory and they provided all the necessary information I needed. However, I felt that the overall organization of the tour could have been better. The itinerary was a bit confusing at times and there were a few unexpected changes. Nevertheless, the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, which made up for some of the drawbacks. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a budget-friendly option.
