I had an average experience with The Leading Hotels of the World. The website lhw.com is easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. Overall, the hotel was decent but it didn't meet my expectations.
