I recently worked with a company that provides IRB services, and I found their website to be user-friendly with easy navigation. The information provided was helpful in understanding the IRB process. However, I did encounter some delays in communication and responses regarding my query. While I understand that thoroughness is important in their line of work, I would have appreciated a more efficient turnaround time. The overall experience was average, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness.
