High praise for Hilary Davis +100 to work with her. She is kind, thoughtful, and honest.

Hilary helped me understand that even with a beautiful renovation, it takes a lot of money to sell a home. She charges $1,000 per month for 530 sq condo staging (bedroom and living room).

I would connect with Hilary a few months before you're ready to sell, work out the numbers with her, and give yourself time to save to spend what she needs you spend so she can sell. She's really amazing, but you need at least a few thousand dollars to work with her.
