Bad service. The telephone contact does not respond and if you have a problem there is no email address to write to. Through the portal, they only reply to you with messages set by the server.
my return (made after 4 days of arrival) is still in France at the forwarder despite having a transport note.
It seems that the recipient does not accept the document indicated by me in the attachment, GLS document.
Crazy, no help from them despite trying to establish email or phone contact with them. Just to clarify the situation and see what to do ..... nothing unresponsive
