This stay was awful, the beds were so uncomfortable, was like sleeping on concrete, then they charged us for parking, when we got here to check in they couldn't provide us with a key because the machine was down and there was a lack of communication with the shifts about getting it fixed, so the security guard had to let us in our room, I would never recommended a stay at the Sheraton, unless u like a sleepless night, I've stayed at many of places and I wouldn't give them a star rating, well I guess I could, a negative 3 star, I highly don't recommend the Sheraton if all their locations are like this.
