I have used dealmaker multiple times, not by choice, but because companies use the service and I have to deal with it to arrange investments. It has been consistently horrible from the perspective of an experienced investor. First, our brokerages refuse to deal with Dealmaker (and I understand that). So I have to do it all myself. And it is always, always, a giant pain in the ass for one reason or another or often several consecutively. Beware because they may use "Perfect Receivable Accounts" which can foul up any effort at wiring funds and the banks don't even figure it out. Including Wells Fargo where these accounts are supposed to be. Second, although the tech support is highly responsive, the communications are incomplete and insufficient to pull off the necessary tasks (and remember, I am experienced at this). Third, they demand accredited investor proof this time even though we have done their extensive process of proving. Fourth, the website doesn't allow me to do the things I need to do, leaving me on blank pages. Fifth, I couldn't put the correct registration and delivery addresses into this most recent sub document, which means I will have to go through a lot of hell to resolve it later. As usually, Dealmaker is a royal pain in my arse.
