It was a good experience for us. Chuck was very accommodating. He let us test drive the Ranger before they even had a chance to clean it up. Plus, we were able to come to an agreement about final $ amount, we felt was fair. I would have given them 5 stars, but I did mention after the test drive that the air conditioning wasn't working in the Ranger. Chuck checked and said he could hear it running, but nothing more was done. After we bought it we took it to someone to have the a/c charged. Hopefully that will take care of it. It's early days, but so far, we really like our Ranger!
