My wife and I rented a condo, and the owner decided to sell. Mr. Chernicoff was referred to us by a friend, and he was able to help us renegotiate our lease so that our condo owner paid for our moving costs. He was responsive to our e.mails and on target with his recommendations. We would definitely recommend Mr. Chernicoff and plan to utilize his firm for any other legal matters in the future.
