I have mixed feelings about Ask Shop. While their product selection and prices are decent, I've had some frustrating experiences with their customer service. The response time has been slow, and they haven't always been able to address my concerns satisfactorily. There is room for improvement in that area. However, I have to commend their fast delivery and overall efficient ordering process.
