Very disappointing.

Very disappointing.
I realise that the evacuation was not of the hotels making but to then have no lifts working when you are on the 7th floor is very poor.
There was only 1 lift working this morning.
In addition the room( 708 )- which we had been told was quiet when we checked in suffered from noisy pipes so loud that they woke us up.
A dire experience,which was notified when we checked out and was responded to with
'sorry about that'
Not what I expect from Radisson
