My recent experience with Ross Ceramics Ltd was average. While the quality of the ceramics was decent, I found the website to be confusing and not very intuitive. The ordering process had some hiccups, and the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. The ceramics arrived on time, but the overall experience left something to be desired.
