Heard a commercial about these folks on Sirius XM so I called. Cree set me up for an appointment the next Saturday. Wife and I flew out to Nashville and met with them. Purchased a site in "The Woodlands" the process was speedy and easy. many sites available with a variety of options. They recommended professionals for all services to include the builder we are using for the construction of the house. I can not wait for its completion. Jim the developer came to our parcel and answered all of our question regarding the HOA and such, he was the reason we pulled the trigger. The only difficulty was the Federal Credit Union who handled the financing. Their processing was a bit slow for our taste, but they did complete the transaction properly and with a fair rate. I would recommend them anytime.
