I had an average experience at JI'S GROOMING. The staff was friendly, but the service and overall experience weren't outstanding. I expected more based on the reviews, but it fell short of my expectations. The grooming results were satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. I might consider trying another place for grooming next time.
