This place is shockingly horrible for money. They don t answer phones day or night in long term care. Night staff actually turn phones down so they can t hear it ring. My mom got pressure sore from not being turned in bed. Was out of meds for three weeks and no one said anything. Don t answer call lights in reasonable time. Told me she needed to go to dentist for tooth. I made appt and my dentist took one look at her and called ambulance where she was hospitalized for 10 days. My mom was deceased in her room and after ten months of caring for her no one in unit said a word to me except hospice nurse. Complained all ten months to adon, don and administrator and nothing changed. They know about theses problems but don t do anything. Starts from the top down.
