I had in mind 5 stars but then I was pushed really hard off the conveyor by a worker. I know it's for my safety but it's hard to hear through my beanie, the helmet and the worker's accent. It's very embarrassing and that's all I could think about the rest of the day. Instead of clients having nothing to do while I wait to reach the top maybe have some signs or videos on the way up showing how to dismount when you are on or off your gear. Info on where to dismount also helps because one told me to get off the angled area and the other told me to get off the flat area and so there's always some anxiety just before dismount. Besides, not everyone understands English so what are you gonna do, just push everyone off every time and hope nobody gets hurt? In addition, the rental gear stinks very bad & when I returned the boots I think I know why at least the boots stink. When you return the boots the worker makes you lace it up as if worn even when it's soaking wet--why is it my job to lace to boot up anyway when I have various other gears that holding? As far as the rest, I am not sure why it stinks--maybe not giving enough time to dry. Lastly, while all the instructors were great and pleasant we were confused as to where to go for lessons (the signs that tell you are on the other side so your back will be turned to it as you move forward) and getting start times also takes effort or luck. For 5 stars, it needs to be smooth and convenient and luck should not play a factor.
