I've bought several t-shirts from The Big Tshirt Factory and I have to say, the quality is average. The designs are nice, but the fabric could be better. It's comfortable, but not the softest I've worn. The website is user-friendly, but I had an issue with the checkout process that took some time to resolve. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I expected more from The Big Tshirt Factory.
