Poor management

If you don't mind working with a company that doesn't care about your building or the community it is in, then this company is for you. Savills manages 2 empty buildings, the Hume house and Ballsbridge hotel. You would think that would be an easy thing to manage. However Savills will allow alarms to sound at these buildings for days despite over a year of complaining about these alarms by nearby residents. Thank God there is not an actual fire. If there is a break in, as long as that person can stand the alarm, they don't have to worry about someone stopping them. It's truly sad how poorly these properties are managed and the damage they cause the Ballsbridge community.
