You can contact the people who run it to buy glass jugs to fill. 2 case minimum, 8 one gallon glass jugs for $40 is actually a good deal, assuming you're going to re-use them. There is a change machine there but I'd recommend bringing plenty of quarters with you just in case. Anytime i've bumped into people here they're always nice. It's a self serve facility.
