If you want to sleep in a bed covered in other people's pubic hair, this is the place for you. I discovered (unfortunately on the day of my departure when I pulled the sheets off the bed to do some stretches) that the bedsheets were covered in hairs of various colours.. short hairs.. curly hairs.. not matching the colour shape or quantity of my hair.. Most of the hairs were on the side of the bed I had not used, in fact 30 hairs were on all corners of the bed. It's not possible for one person to shed that much hair! On unused parts of the bed! Of course I felt deeply upset at having slept in an unhygienic bed. They did not respond to my first two complaints. When I escalated the issue, instead of apologising and offering a refund, he accused me of blackmail! What a charmer! Ah now I see he has also accused me of lying and fabricating the whole story. In fact I reported the issue to the front desk before I left. In fact I did not request a refund until they ignored my request for someone to get back to me. After four days without a reply I thought they might pay some attention if I escalated the issue. It was never about the money, all I wanted was some human decency. Clearly you will not find that at this place. It's a nice enough hotel besides the fetid rancid bag of unclean morals that is Xavier, the Manager. One can only wonder at what misfortune beset this twisted soul for him to be so posinous.
