It s an understatement to say that I LOVE Aqua Cycling. Aqua Cycling is my new life style. I love every class, always super excited to come here. Although, I have my favorite instructors that I frequent, all the trainers are very different and absolutely fantastic! And I will not even go on about the benefits of water resistance and massage while working out. It s been many years I have been physically active but nothing ever made me this excited to work out.
