The customer service at Massing Dora is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. However, I did have some issues with the product I ordered. It took longer than expected to arrive, and the quality wasn't what I had hoped for. Despite that, I appreciate the effort by the customer service team to resolve my concerns.
