CUSTOMER: My recent visit to a ranch was average. The location was beautiful, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent. The accommodations were comfortable but could use some updates. The activities were enjoyable, but I felt that there could have been more variety. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
